Our people

Meet the team protecting what matters most
to you.

Multi-national backing with a small business focus on personalised service you can count on.

While AHI has the big business backing of a leading multinational insurer, at our heart we operate as a small  business focused on providing personalised service our customers can count on.

All of our claims managers have at least 10 years experience, with our most senior staff having been in the accident and health insurance sector for up to 30 years.

AHI’s company-wide commitment to ongoing professional education and training ensures our team remains up to speed with all the latest industry innovations and trends.

And with more than 50 staff members situated across our offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne, we have the national footprint to provide you support when you need it most.

Renato is a regular charity supporter and follows the philosophy of rotating his donations equally between:

  • Something for the Old  - as I will one day be old!
  • Something for the Young – as all children deserve to have a start in life!
  • Something for the Community – to make where I live a happier place!
  • Something for the animals – who do not have a voice and are unable to speak.
